This is a song that I wrote a few years ago at a very difficult time in my life. I plan on recording a small album based around this song and theme.

Autumn comes like a thief in the night. Single kiss on the cheek, he gained the key; stealing the innocence I worked so hard to save. Please let me hibernate. Before the winter comes too, with an icy cold hand. The trees are naked searching for a fig leaf. There's no fruit left to offer my dirty mouth. We can only bury this in a grave, and grieve over the songs that we sang last spring. Just let me go. (I'm not who I used to be) I don't know how to fight the good fight. Forgive me, Lord.
